Caching checkboxes

So I wanted to see cached checkboxes, to mark it one time, for example Lowercase/Uppercase checkboxes when generating license with website, when deleting license there is "Delete user too?" checkbox as well that is not being saved.

Hello,

When you say not being saved, do you mean that the checkbox isn't checked the next time, or do you mean it isn't actually deleting the user too?
